We are seeking an experienced sales and relationship management specialist for an exciting B2B business development role. This position manages our relationships with law firms, proxy solicitors, and other corporate advisory firms and is responsible for both developing strong relationships and building new ones within this segment.
We provide support to these firms that is centered around a proprietary suite of analytical research and data which principally monitors an issuer’s overall governance, board structure, compensation practices, sustainability and activism vulnerability. This includes investor voting patterns, shareholder activism & proposals, anti-takeover and director configuration, pay benchmark data, incentive awards, metrics, goals, and Pay-4-Performance modeling.
