    ISS’ Asset Management Intelligence division is looking to hire a passionate, experienced senior leader to serve as a Global Product Manager who will build a unified global data and analytics platform for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a combination of asset management industry experience, expertise with the data environments and dependencies unique to the space, and a proven history of delivering powerful user experiences and workflow tools to corporate users. The Global Product Manager is responsible for workflow design, product roadmap planning, execution throughout the product lifecycle, and integration of various existing product platforms into a cohesive, compelling, and competitively superior set of solutions and services. This includes but is not limited to gathering and prioritizing product requirements (including meeting with clients), defining the platform vision, and working closely with colleagues in Product Management, Development, Data Operations, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to ensure goals for customer satisfaction and market competitiveness are met. The Global Product Manager will ensure that the integrated platform and related products support the company’s overall strategy and goals.


    • Manage the design, execution and continued evolution of an integrated global asset management intelligence platform, including migration of legacy solutions with minimized client impact
    • Lead, manage, and develop a team of product leaders to drive the platform forward
    • Solicit external market/client feedback through user groups, client consultations, beta programs
    • Assess and be responsive to industry UX trends and platform needs (including problem identification)
    • Develop detailed business and functional requirement documents and specifications
    • Develop product illustrations and prototypes based on an understanding of the user experience and market needs
    • Gather and decompose abstract and complex concepts into business and functional requirements that can be understood by key stakeholders and team members


    • 10+ years of experience in product management in complex/matrix environments
    • SaaS software product management experience for market data and BI-centric solutions
    • Demonstrated ability to design successful product interfaces and workflow – understanding customer and internal perspectives and translating that input into clear, well-structured solutions.
    • Ability to generate buy-in from disparate resources across the organization to deliver consistent, on schedule product releases and updates
    • Experience managing teams in multiple locations and a mix of in-house and vendor supported solutions, including vendor management best practices
    • Previous experience in asset management is required; exposure to product strategy/development and distribution initiatives preferred.
    • Expertise regarding the data environment and dependencies unique to mutual funds, ETFs, managed accounts, annuities, and other financial services products distributed through intermediaries globally is required.
    • Experience with leading business intelligence, CRM, and mobile platforms/solutions, including how they are used by Asset Managers and Insurance companies is required.
    • Agile/Scrum development experience preferred.
    • Bachelor degree in Finance, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, or a related field required; relevant additional degrees and/or certifications preferred.
