    ISS analysts have unique expertise and insight on the governance and RI landscape, local market voting practices and regulatory requirements, along with expertise in varied fields such as law, M&A, compensation, and analytics.


    We are currently seeking a part time Corporate Services Assistant to join ISS’ Norman Office. The Norman office is quickly growing, we currently have 130 employees and is the largest operations-based office in the Americas.


    The CSA will support the Americas Corporate Services team in all facilities related and administrative duties for the region giving priority to the needs of the Norman office.  The CSA will provide ensure that all physical requirements of the office space are in good order daily and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.  The CSA will partner with other members of the Americas CS team in executing office wide initiatives and events for Norman, as well as firm wide projects and office coverage throughout the region.

    In addition to the Corporate Services responsibilities, the CSA will provide administrative support to members of the ISS Leadership Team.  Support for the Leadership Team will include travel arrangements (domestic and international), T&E reimbursement coordination and processing, onsite support for visiting Leadership Team members, meeting management and assistance with special projects.


    The Corporate Services Assistant must be reliable, punctual, organized and have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a very busy environment. He or she must be service-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong computer skills.


    This position requires schedule coverage during normal business hours on a part time basis of either 4-5 hours/day Monday through Friday, or 7-8 hours/per day three days per week, with flexibility to work more hours and provide vacation coverage as needed.



           Office Support

    • Manage supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
    • Ensure that all pantries and copy rooms are well stocked at all times.
    • Coordinate with vendors on equipment maintenance services.
    • Act as one of the office’s liaisons for facilities and property management issues.
    • Oversee courier services/requests and liaise with Mailroom regarding deliveries.
    • Monitor and address issues submit through ISS’ internal service request ticketing system (JIRA).

    Corporate Services Team Support

    • Liaise with the Americas Corporate Services team in other ISS locations and provide coverage and support to employees in offices and remote locations throughout the region.
    • Partner with other members of the Americas Corporate Services team on special projects and firm wide administrative oversight.

     Administrative Support

    • Provide executive support to ISS Leadership Team members to include coordinating travel and meetings, submitting expense reports and assisting with projects and events.

     Meeting Coordination

    • Oversee use of meeting rooms, including bookings, equipment and catering.
    • Manage the catering process for internal meetings and events.
    • Arrange video and audio conference calls for meetings globally.
    • Prepare collateral materials for sales and due diligence meetings, seminars and workshops including printing/binding.


    • Significant experience as an administrative/office assistant or receptionist
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently enrolled in higher education program or equivalent years work experience
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook email and calendar
    • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and multi-tasking
