We are currently seeking a part time Corporate Services Assistant to join ISS’ Norman Office. The Norman office is quickly growing, we currently have 130 employees and is the largest operations-based office in the Americas.
The CSA will support the Americas Corporate Services team in all facilities related and administrative duties for the region giving priority to the needs of the Norman office. The CSA will provide ensure that all physical requirements of the office space are in good order daily and address any issues that arise in a timely manner. The CSA will partner with other members of the Americas CS team in executing office wide initiatives and events for Norman, as well as firm wide projects and office coverage throughout the region.
In addition to the Corporate Services responsibilities, the CSA will provide administrative support to members of the ISS Leadership Team. Support for the Leadership Team will include travel arrangements (domestic and international), T&E reimbursement coordination and processing, onsite support for visiting Leadership Team members, meeting management and assistance with special projects.
The Corporate Services Assistant must be reliable, punctual, organized and have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a very busy environment. He or she must be service-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong computer skills.
This position requires schedule coverage during normal business hours on a part time basis of either 4-5 hours/day Monday through Friday, or 7-8 hours/per day three days per week, with flexibility to work more hours and provide vacation coverage as needed.
