  • Overview

    The Holdings Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining existing data feeds, assist in troubleshooting client issues, implementing functional features, and monitoring and loading data. The Holdings Analyst will need to leverage his/her experience working with clients to provide a high level of service.

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively communicate with teammates and global clients regarding the status of production processes
    • Monitor the processes by which information and data are added to or exported from production systems through electronic data feeds and other media
    • Maintain data to ensure quality of mission critical information using both proprietary applications and commonly used business software applications
    • Apply technical skills to provide creative solutions to problems and improvements to existing processes
    • Provide technical assistance to ensure successful completion of daily production runs
    • Identify and resolve application/production issues through investigation and log analysis
    • Monitor quality control metrics to identify potential data issues and taking ownership of resolution for all issues that are identified

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Experience providing technical support or process monitoring
    • Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to self-manage projects
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • SQL or other database experience
    • Powershell or other scripting experience
    • Experience providing technical support or process monitoring
