ISS is seeking a temporary Global Meeting Services Analyst to conduct corporate governance data research using issuer filings, company news, press releases, news publications, and research studies and through engagement with issuers and institutions. The Analyst will also collect, translate and interpret proxy meeting documents, financial, industry and corporate governance information related to shareholder meetings, collect meeting result information, translate proxy materials into English and apply internal codes based on ISS' definitions and policy guidelines. Mandatory verbal and written fluency in Portuguese and English. Proficiency and working knowledge of other languages is considered a plus, kindly make mention when applying.
