ISS is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to join our US Research Team. This position is based in Rockville, Maryland.
We are seeking a resident subject matter expert for U.S. Research staff in the area of U.S. executive compensation and benefit programs and practices. The ideal candidate could come from a compensation consulting practice, a law firm, proxy solicitor, or even corporate HR (although focus should be on executive compensation, not broad-based benefits). Our analysts are a part of a highly specialized research team focused on a key area of corporate governance that is of critical importance to institutional investors – executive pay. In this role you will be a source of expertise and guidance both internally with other analysts, and externally in interfacing with clients and issuers. Familiarity with pay-related corporate governance issue is important.
